With the excitement of the FIFA World Cup arriving in Vancouver, we want to make sure your journey between YVR Airport and Downtown Vancouver stays as smooth as ever. During the FIFA event period, the City of Vancouver will be closing Melville Street downtown, where our Skylynx buses normally stage adjacent to Burrard SkyTrain Station.

During this time, our downtown Vancouver pick-up and drop-off location will temporarily move to Burrard Street, at the corner of Burrard and Melville.

If you are wondering how to get from YVR Airport to downtown Vancouver during the World Cup, rest assured: this new staging location is just steps from our usual stop and remains conveniently close to Burrard SkyTrain Station, so connecting to and from transit will be just as easy.

A few helpful tips:

Please arrive a few minutes early, as downtown traffic may be busier than usual during the event period.
Look for our YVR Skylynx buses on Burrard Street at the Burrard and Melville intersection.
Our schedule remains unchanged, and our team will be on hand to assist you.

Once Melville Street reopens, we will return to our regular staging location and post an update here.
